We are offering many options for the Patch Backing to sew directly onto the apparels of your choice, or request Iron-on Backing onto your products. You can also request to sew the Velcro backing onto your products for easy removal
We offer three of types of backing dor your custom patch. Select from the options Below:
You can attach iron on patchea to your garment using a standard home iron. Iron on patches are durable and will remain adhered to your garment for many washes. Iron on backing doesn’t work well with nylon or synthetic fabrics. This is a fast and easy way to attach patches.
The patches will have no backing over the stitching, showing the threads and twill at the back of the patch. Without backing, the patches are flexible and lightweight. This is ideal when you want to sew the patch to a garment or want to wear the patch temporarily with pins or clips.
You can peel the patch off the Velcro Strip and affix it to your garments. Easy to peel off, you can reuse the Velcro backing patch many times over. This style of backing is very durable.

The process of making outstanding best custom embroidered
patches that we manufacture is based on our ability to accurately
translate your design artwork, logo or idea into the medium of
artwork (embroidery digitizing) to our computerized embroidery
machines.
We start with a high quality polyester fabric using equally quality
colored threads then sew the computerized generated pattern of
threads onto the polyester fabric to form the exact design/logo
that you wish.
Depending on how the final product is to be used, we apply
different types of backing to the undersides of the polyester
fabric of the final finished custom patch
